DozJak's experienced team is the result of two mastermind producers - Mr. Fletcher Dozier & Mr. Ben Jackson. The two first met in Germany in 1981. Dozier and Jackson are the original Founders of the DozJak Productions. What spawned a serious development for this thriving partnership was a move to ATL early in their careers. The two teamed up in 1986 in an effort to synthesize and merge optimum imagination, optimum disciplines, optimum business agreements for better servicing the various demands in the field of music.

Presently Mr. Ben Jackson makes his home in some part of Northern MI. Mr. Fletcher Dozier is presently working and living in Atlanta Georgia – (ATL).
